Good controls and idea but crashes 24/7, and its barley playable...Sooo yea PLEASE F@&$&ING FIX!!!!

This game has mad style

Finished the last level two days ago and now Im going back in on my high-scores. Great game gents!

Save Your Money and Time

I bought this based on a very positive review on a website, but found the game very disappointing. Its dull and repetitive, until you reach a level where it suddenly becomes more or less impossible. I have deleted it from my iPad, as I simply cant imagine ever wanting to play it again.

Artsy and fun

Great visuals and audio and simple addicting gameplay. Just please update for 5&5s screen size!

Uhg

I read about this game and thought it may be along the same lines of ridiculous fishing... Without wasting time writing about this unfinished pile of cat poop, I will just go ahead and say it isnt. It really is just a bad game. Last time I listen to a review by some guy on the Internet, I wouldnt be the least bit surprised if the reviewer was the game developer himself, how anyone could enjoy this is beyond me. The idea of unleashing this idiotic abortion on an unsuspecting public is reprehensible. This Lazy, unfinished... eeeeerrrrrg! I loath this game. I hate all the horrid Wu-Tang references. Really you have to drag Wu-Tang down with you? YOU FAIL

Iphone 5 display support is in!

Fun and retro. Guys thanks for the i5 display update.

Great idea, poorly-executed

A great concept, but the difficulty curve is all over the place, the procedural music element doesnt add anything of value to the experience (it doesnt create anything worth listening to), and the fact that its not on a grid means that you have less control over the shape youre building than you might want at times. (Although the controls are not as bad as other reviews would have you believe.) Probably wasnt very well-playtested. An interestingly different take on Tower Defense for the TD aficionado, but probably not worth it for the casual player otherwise.

Crazy flippin fun!

Looking forward to new Lucky Frame games soon! Keep up the great work! Previous review: I really enjoy these games that are well done, engaging, and remind me of the early simple days of the app store :D

Good But broken

This would be a fun game if it worked properly. Not only are the touch controls frequently unresponsive, when I unpaused the game my building would no longer collect rent. When I started over I found that my defenses wouldnt fire. I tried closing and opening the app to fix it and it erased my data. The game also lags on my iPhone 5 with only 1 other app running. It takes several tries to get to the home screen So that you can close the game. Very disappointing. Wait until its patched.

Too hard

Honestly, I thought this was too hard

amasin

it is a bit Challengeing but it is one of a kind

Original but could stand improvement

Sometimes mobile games feel stale with umpteen platformers and shooters trying to fit on a touchscreen by plastering virtual buttons everywhere. Then theres the occasional game like this that is inventive and was clearly built for a touchscreen. I only wish it made better use of screen estate. The idea is to build up but it doesnt take long to fill the screen. A gravity mechanic to snap sections into place would save space by removing gaps.

Boring

Worth .99 maybe... Not 1.99, its the same thing over and over again!

Awesome game, ridiculously difficult

Super rad concept, the game mechanics and graphics are friggin stellar but once you get to spf 25 it becomes insanely frustrating and hard, I personally had to quit the game after playing that for a day. Highly recommended if you are a savant/puzzler freak, are smarter than me, or if you want to play 6 really fun game levels before accidentally throwing your phone at your wall.

Serious bug!

On an iPhone 5 this game is nearly unplayable. It freezes every time the game is left, even if the screen shuts off. It will re-start but then none of the game elements actually respond (healing and shooting blocks are null). I would love to play this game more but the bug is infuriating!! And I paid good money! Please patch soon or refund!

Great look but blocks are hard to place

It would be a lot less frustrating at higher difficulties if the blocks snapped to a grid.

Interesting design but

Not really that fun IMO. It looks good and does interesting things with sound but it all didnt come together for me in a way that makes me want to keep playing

Unique but lacking

This game was great. At first I was amazed by the unique appearance and gameplay. However, I later discovered that the game had some major negatives. Firstly, the game had little replay value. Once the game is finished, there is no endless or arcade modes. By then you have used only the towers selected for you by lucky frame. There is no means of expansion or customization. I recommend that an endless mode be created, that allows users to select the towers they choose to use throughout. Secondly, the entities could use some explaining. Every time you come across a new enemy or some crazy looking tower, you dont know how the function. This gets especially frustrating when you meet the single use buildings. They are rather costly and testing out each one can be very time consuming. Enemies pose perhaps a worse problem. They vary greatly and can ruin your entire game,by simply not knowing the enemy attributes. The suicidal enemies especially deal out excessive damage, and are not initially recognized as dangerous. By simply including some first time pop up windows, you could give people all the information they could ask for. Overall this game is one of a kind, unlike any tower defense I have ever seen. However some new game styles and helpful tips could bring this game to perfection. Congrats -Waxhot

Amazing concept

Despite peoples various complaints about the difficulty level and other minor complaints, Lucky frame games are amazing examples of what dedicated and creative developers can create for mobile gamers. I was sad to visit their website and discover that the dev has moved on from this so we can never really expect any game updates ever in this lifetime. I honestly dont understand, because that guy is a creative genius and bad hotel is proof of that
